u can some how unless im talking about a different orb cuz u are able to catch groudon rayquaza and kyogre but u need the orbskEv0 answered:
It is not possible to aquire the Blue Orb in Pokemon SoulSilver it is only possible in Pokemon HeartGold. In any case you wouldn't need it because the Blue Orb is to summon Kyoger and if you can do it that in HeartGold why do you want to do it in SoulSiver?

In my opinion you can't get a blue orb in soulsilver, but you can however in heartgold so don't worry! I have tried many times to try get the blue orb and have failed so don't waste your time trying it is very frustrating and also pointless, I hope this helped!

It is impossible to get the blue orb on SS. There is no possible way to obtain it. No matter what you try, you'll never get one; you can't trade for one, there is no event.
Likewise it is impossible to get the red orb on HG.
Out of curiosity, how many times has this question been asked?
