Trade, or Action Replay. Personally, I would go with the trade option though. Reason being: We have a Pokemon trading forum here on site where people are willingly giving away these Pokemon for near nothing in return. All you have to do is make a free account on this site, and ask for one in our trading forum located here. If you do, please put me down as a referrer - It would be much appreciated~ Anyway, good luck to you on this. My last piece of advice would be to seek out kimmy456's trading thread.

Use an action replay device or go to mt silver.you will need togekiss to to this.go to where you defeat ash and he will be there !!!!!

its not ash, its red, although they are basically the same character, its just in the game, he is called red, has no friends, is always hiddin by himself and his pokemon at the end of a dangerous place, barley talks assuming he talks at all, is usually the most difficult trainer, and disappears after defeat
