How do you get a Shiny Eevee?

I need to get a Shiny Eevee but I couldn't take part in the competition so how am I suppose to get a shiny Eevee now?

You'll just have to get lucky and find one, or breed one. I'm pretty sure there's no surefire way to get one, so you'll have to find it the old fashioned way.

You can find a guy named Bill in Ecruteak Pokemon centre and he will then end up in one of the houses in Goldenrod City. He will then ask you to take care of an Eevee. Save the game in front of him and keep soft resetting until you get a shiny. Or you can breed an Eevee with a Ditto and keep on hatching Eevee eggs until one of them ends up shiny.

-Trade(if you can find a person willing to trade this then 98%)
-Wild(1/8100%)
-Breed(1/2000%)
-Action Replay(90%)
-Gameshark(90%)
R4i(90%)
R4(90%)

I know, this is frustrating. There might be an event for it, who knows.

As you can see there is no surefire way to get any Shiny but events(that is how I got my only Shiny, Suicune) so you should try all ways listed.

Pouts- I'm trying to get one by soft resetting it works but it takes to long I'm sure to get one soon when I do ill trade you it ^^

Your best bet is to breed Eevees over and over again. There's a very low chance of getting a shiny, but aside from Action Replay, it's really the only way.

Or you can go to the gts and offer evee for a Pokemon that can't exsist like level 1 mewto and after 8 days take him back and bam hes shiny
