Celebi is only obtained by an event. But Events for this game comes rarely. Or you could trade someone, or use an AR

Unfoutunatly you can only get it from the event but it activates a special soul silver event with you're rival and giovani

There is a way to get celebi from the ruins of alph but you need all 26 unown

No you have to use AR code and go to ilex forest. Then the event takes place

It's an event but it's over it came again so people could catch zorua in Pokemon white/black but that's over too
