When you are getting the dragon fang for clair in dragons den you need to go in the shrine place and talk to the man. He will ask you questions and you have to answer them all correctly (There not hard, just do what you think is right). *important* DONT USE ESCAPE ROPE TO LEAVE, YOU MUST FIND YOUR ON WAY OUT.then leave the shrine a walk out of the cave.before you leave clair will stop you and give you a tm.(Dragon pulse, me thinks). Walk back in the shrine and talk to the mAN again and if you answred questions correct he will give you dratini witn Extreme speed. :D
