There are 3 ways to get to Mt. Mortar. Take the second cave entrance. Then use surf until you reach a waterfall then go up the waterfall until you find another door. Follow the cave (it will take about 5 to 10 mins)You will find ladders go down them. Then go left down the stairs and you'll see a black belt. You'll have to battle him and he'll give you a fighting Pokemon.
