There are many Methods to getting an Espeon.
1) Obtain an Eevee from Bill, then use a Sun Stone.
2) Global Trade Center
3) Action Replay
4) Trade from previous DS Pokemon games (That has an Espeon or an Eevee).

Last time I checked Espeon doesn't evolve by Sun stone.

well 1st u have 2 have an evee an if ur evve learns any dark type moves then when its high enough it will evolve it2 this pokemon but it also depends on the eviroment ur in 2 i had just gotten over the water via the s.s ship an leaved my evee up here thats how i gt my espion

You get an Eevee from Bill in Goldenrod city, then you keep it in your party. Try not to let it faint in battles and make sure you train it during the day, then when its at max happiness during the day your little Eevee will evolve into An Espeon.
