None, actually. If you want it to evolve, you'll need to stick a shiny stone to it. Should work from there.

I evoved togetic into togekiss at level 50 by using a shiny stone that I got from the pokeathlon dome.

You could also get it at natinal park using rock climb

U have to get a shiny stone in national park behind this guy and next to him is a gap in the fence go there both ways and you get 2 items. The guy is in the backk

To get it to evolve to togekiss. Get shiny stone at the nashinal park, pokethon dome, game corner, professor oak, professor elm,(professors after you beet Pokemon leauge) or your house in the trash can(trash can must be on the thursday after you beet Pokemon leage!!!!!)

You've gotta get a shiny stone, you can get the shiny stone from a variety of places, I evolved my togetic at level 55, by using a shiny stone of course

You need a shiny stone wich you get from pokealathon
dome for a high amount of points

Give it a shiny stone. It will immediatly evolve no matter what the level.
