Yes, there is, but it's only for a small section of the game. You'll have to get an Arceus and visit the Ruins of Alph. Go through a little process there with a man in a house and you'll be transported to a small section of that region.

you cant get to Sinnoh, but the closest thing u can get to it is the Sinjoh Ruins. :P

You all got this all wrong kid there is a way you all no about the national dex how you find the sinnoh legends the all right you need to find the Pokemon in the national dex and than olivine city where the ship is and then the champions are going to apper and they say that you got to complete the dex in sinnoh and the you get on the ship

Well acually,I believe that if you beat your rival 100 or 1,000 times,he will let you go to ether Hoen or Sinnoh region.
