Timer balls.
The title kinda says it, where can I buy timer balls?
Also what happens when you get all the unknown and open all the passages? Where can you catch lapras?
Answer as soon as possible Pllllllleeeeeeeeeaaaaase! I really want legndarys and its easy to catch them with timer balls.

You can gut Timer Balls by going to the fifth floor of the Goldenrod Department Store on Saturday (Just put your DS date to a Saturday) and entering the drawing. It's the second prize, and the drawing costs 300 coins to enter. Every 4-5 times you enter you should get a Timer Ball.
Once you open up all the passages, Unknow 1-26 appear, and after you catch all of the letter Unknown, supposedly, you can catch the "!" and "?" Unknown. However, I do not know where you are supposed to go, or what you're supposed to do to get them, or if you even have to do anything at all.
You can catch Lapras in the very back of the Union Cave on Fridays. the Union Cave is Located on Route 33, and the easiest way there is to fly to Azalea Town (Slowpoke Well) and go west.
