well if you go to goldenrod bill will be in a house and he has one. if you need more evvee's you should find a ditto and breed the too in the daycare and they will have lvl 1's baby evee's

but when u have an eevee and a ditto in daycare do you need a female eevee or doesn't that matter because ive got 2 male eevee....
