Shiny Code (US)? (I've tried everything, and NOTHING works for m

I've tried every shiny code I could find, and nothing, NOTHING, has worked! I need to know if I could have a code that works, or if I'm doing something wrong, or if there's an activator to the codes that I'm not using. I need a code for the US version of SoulSilver. And if one of the codes do work, but mabey I entered it wrong, could you tell me which code is the correct code? Here are all the codes I've tried:

I have tried all three, but none of them work. I have to enter them into the Action Replay manualy on the DS, so I could have done something wrong, and if I did, can you point out which code is the right one? and on all the codes, I did not use any activators, so if the correct US code needs an activator, please tell me...Thank you.
