If you're looking for a trade, your best bet would be the trading forum we have here on the site. You can find it here. In this forum, you will find multiple threads where people have Pokemon to trade. If you can't find a thread where someone's offering the Pokemon you want, just simply look at the top of the forum and click the 'Start New Topic' button.
