The gs ball was only in the anime/ cartoon. to get celebi you need to get it through a wi-fi event or cheat with an action replay and a code.

No. go to viridian Cidy and talk to a old lady with zapdos, moltres, articuon, entei, raikou, and suicune in your party. Hope it helps.

Look if you wanna catch celebi you have to look up. Whatis the action replay code to get celebi on Pokemon soulsilver/heartgold

Complete johto pokedex not national then go to professor oak and he will give you an apricorn that you take to kurt. When he finishes the pokeball he will say it shook so then you take it to celebis shrine and put the pokeball in it
