You can place a Pokemon in the PC by using any PC(usually at a Pokemon Center) to go into Someone's/Bill's PC. From there you can choose to Deposit Pokemon into the PC boxes from your Party. If your party was already full when you caught a Pokemon, that Pokemon would be automatically sent to a box in Someone's/Bill's PC. You can also withdraw the Pokemon from the PC boxes and put them into your party by using Someone's/Bill's PC but you can only withdraw a Pokemon if your Party has room. You can also use the PC to move a stored Pokemon to a different box or to swap a stored Pokemon with one that is on your team.
