where do you find the dowsing machine?
where do you get the dowsing machine from? i have talked to everyone in every town, but i just cant find it.

You get the dowsing machine by going to the house west of the Pokemon Center in Ecruteak City. All you have to do is answer the question that the guy asks you and he should give it to you.
