im stuck in the ruins of alph i found all 26 went to all 4 rooms and i even opened the room that said ho oh i heared you need arcus but hohw

I am not sure how you are stuck. The Arceus you heard about is to trigger an event inside the Ruins. I suggest using an escape rope, if you can't get out, and then talk to the researcher in the lab
