i have no action replay and no master balls PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEE!

ah great way to catch legendary pokemon is: Teach a strong pokemon TM54 False Swipe wich you can buy in the mall in Goldenrod City. False Swipe cuts the foe health until the foe have 1hp, i use to spam it on the foe :P
when the legendary have 1hp, u put him to Paralyzed or sleep. DONT use attacks who can make the pokemon to get poisned or confused, cause then will the pokemon die ><
im not sure wich legendary pokemon you are talking about but this tactic work for ALL legendary pokemon.
The best pokeball u can use exept master ball is Ultra Ball, if it is a water legendary pokemon, Nest Ball can be strong, if it is a pokemon in a very dark cave, Dusk Ball are strong.
and a tip: when you shall catch a legendary pokemon, check what level he is in, if he is high level, you must buy plenty of Balls, if it is the legendary dogs for example, u dont need that much
