Surf Problem!!!!
I used a cheat to get all tm's at the beggining of the game. When you get surf in the story the it says the bag is full and i cant get through unless i walk to the otherside of the kimono stage. Well then the man walks off the screen trying to give it to me and it still says the bag is full. then i can walk out of the building. but when i get to olovine and go to surf to the next town a guy stops me and says i need to go get surf. I went back to the kimono stage and the same thing happend. It said the bag was full. And know i cant make it past the guy. Is there anything i can do?

That is the big issue with using an All TM/HM cheat. HMs that you have to get as part of the story line you are unable to get, causing your game to freeze up. You would have this same is with HM 02 Fly after beating Cianwood Gym and the HM for Whirlpool, which is from Lance. There is really no way around it, I suggest you restart your game and don't use the cheat

There are actually some codes that you can use to fix this problem. I'm not sure if all of the codes work but many people have used them to fix the same problem that you are having. First you have to use a code to delete all of your TMs and HMs.
Remove All TM and HM v1(Press Select Up)
Use v2 if V1 doesn't delete all

After you have done that and received Surf from the man you can use this code to get all of the TMs and the HMs cut, surf, strength and rock smash. This way you can continue the game normally without messing up future events.
