You should have seen the first Kimono Girl when you went to Violet City, she was near the Poke Mart and talked to you about the mysterious egg you were given.
The second time you should have seen a Kimono Girl was when you were going through Ilex Forest. She was lost and your Pokemon showed her the way out.
The third one you should have saved from Team Rocket in the Dance Studio in Ecruteak City.
The fourth Kimono Girl you have met after you got the basement key and were in the Goldenrod Tunnel.
The last one is near the exit to the ice path near Blackthorn City. She was stuck and you had to bump into her to help her get off the ice.
