Yo, can anyone tell me if you can get a Kanto Starter in Soulsilver?

Yes, you can get a Kanto starter. Once you beat Red go talk to Professor Oak in Pallet Town and he will give you a chance to pick between Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle.

You get one of the starters Kanto from prof. Oak in his lab in pallet town and one of the Hoenn starters from Steven at silph co. after you have beaten red.
