Hehe, it's quite easy, mate. Just click here and you'll be taken to the correct forum. At the upper, right part of your screen, select "New Topic" and you'll have the option to ask for the Pokemon you desire. Within a few hours, someone will surely be able to trade with you.
Make sure you read the Forum Rules, though, as posts with less than 3 words and double-posts are not allowed! Hope to see you there. (:

Using the forums is simple once you get the hang of it. Just go to the Pokemon Trading Forum and do one of two things. Either start your own topic, or seek out a trading shop that is offering you the Pokemon you want.

All you have to do is go the the Pokemon topic you want and start a new topic.
