I did a little digging and I do believe I found all of the HM locations for you.
HM:01 CUT - This one can be found in Ilex Forest.
HM:02 FLY - You'll find it in Cianwood City after defeating Chuck.
HM:03 SURF - All you have to do is Assist a Kimono girl in Ecruteak City.
HM:04 STRENGTH - A Hiker will have it on route 42.
HM:05 WHIRLPOOL - Lance in Mahogany Town, Rocket Hideout.
HM:06 ROCK SMASH - A Hiker will have it in route 36.
HM:07 WATERFALL - You'll find this little one in Ice Path.
HM:08 ROCK CLIMB - You'll get this one from Professor Oak in Pallet Town after obtaining 16 badges.
