Johto and Kanto regions
Ok Quick question: Once I enter the Kanto Region, can I travel back and forth between Kanto and Johto? Because I still have yet to capture Entei, and Raikou, and I just need to know if I'm able to access both regions after entering Kanto. Because if I can't I'll need advice on the easiest way to capture Raikou and Entei without a Master Ball before I enter Kanto?

You can go back and forth between regions by riding on the magnet train or the S.S. Agua. You can also fly to the indigo plateau and then from their fly to the other region.

omfg i love you!!!!!!!!!!! i thot i was going to havta restart my game, cuz i never got a bike in johto and i needed to get to fuschia city, and i didnt know how to get back. but then i red this answer and it worked!!!
