How do you get to...?

I have beaten the Elite four, and have gotten Kanto badges 2 through 6, and I need to get to either Cinnabar or Pewter, but the road past Fuchsia to Seafoam is still blocked, and I can't find a way around the ledges so I can get to mt. Moon... Also, how do you get the pokeflute to wake up snorlax and go through digglet's cave?

To wake up Snorlax, you have to go to Lvender Town, go in the radio tower, and talk to a guy. He gives you the pokeflute. In order to use it, go up to Snorlax, then go to the Pokegear's Radio, and search around for the pokeflute channel. In order to do this, you will have to use the touch screen to scroll to it. It will be towards the top, between the two lines. Once you get it, just leave the pokegear, and snorlax will wake up and attack. Do your best to catch it, as it holds a Leftovers.

Best ball to use by the way is a heavy/ultra ball

That's just that. You need to remove the Snorlax in front of Digglet's Cave. You're able to get the Pewter City and the volcano clean-up below Fuchsia City will open up. Also, in order to get the Poke Flute you need the Radio Application update, the EXPN Card from the Lavander Town Radio Tower Manager. The Poke Flute is one of the Radio Stations once you get the EXPN Card.

To get the Poke Flute channel, talk to one of the guys in the Lavender Town Radio Tower. The Poke Flute station will be near the top of the touch screen. There are two ways to get to Pewter City after getting the Pokeflute. You could go through Digglet's cave. Or, you could go up the bridge in Cerulean City, turn left, and surf until you get to the Cerulean Cave. You won't be able to enter Cerulean Cave, but you should be able to get to Mt. Moon from there by jumping down the first ledge.

To get the Poke Flute, go to Lavender Town and enter the Radio Tower. There will be a man standing next to a table. Talk to him to get an EXPN card. Then go to the sleeping Snorlax and tune in to your Poke Gear. Go to the top of your radio and it should play Poke Flute music. Talk to the Snorlax and then battle it. I caught my Snorlax with a Heavy Ball after putting it to sleep with my Hypno's Hypnosis move. I would recammend Heavy, Ultra, Friendly and a Master Ball, but if you have the one Master Ball in your Bag, save it for Lugia if your playing Soul Silver and Ho-Oh if your playing Heart Gold. You can get other Master Balls in the game by action replay OR talk to Felicity the Lotto Tickit lady in Goldenrod City. If your Pokemon's ID matches the Lotto Tickit then you will win a prize. If all the digits match, you win the top prize, a Master Ball! After you have caught the Snorlax, IF you catch it, then you can get to Diglet's Cave, which takes you all the way to Pewter City. Then you can battle Brock, the second Gym leader of Kanto. To get past Fuchsia City to get to Cinnabar, you must have ALL 6 of the Gym Badges, at which point you can get to Cinnabar, but to save all the hassle, just go to Pallet Town and Surf south of there to get to Cinnabar. Blaine, the Gym leader, will be in the Seafoam Islands because his had to move his Gym because of the volcanio eruption, just so you know. SECRET! Viridian's Gym leader, Blue, will also be on Cinnabar. If you defete Blaine and all the other Gym leaders, go talk to him. He will say that you are ready to battle him so he goes back to his own Gym to wait for you. Hope this gave you advice!

I caught mine with an Ultra Ball.

What you have to do is to get to Pewter City, you must wake up the Snorlax blocking Diglett's Cave. To do so, you must load the EXPN Card into your Pokégear and play the Poké Flute channel to the Snorlax. The Poké Flute channel can be tuned into at the top of the Pokégear. Talk to the Snorlax and you will engage in a battle with the Snorlax. Use Heavy Balls, Ultra Balls, or Master Balls. Through Diglett's Cave is Pewter City. Also, after the end of the battle with the Snorlax, the volcanic incident is cleared up on Route 21 and Seafoam Islands. Blaine's gym has moved to the Seafoam Islands. Brock is still at Pewter City. Blue is on Cinnabar Island. If you beat every other gym, talk to Blue. He will say you are ready to face him. Now you can go to Blue's gym.
