Where can I find Roserade and Glaceon

Roserade. It's located on the Vien forest, south west area, you can find it only when you've completed the game.

Glaceon. It's a little bit difficult to find, it's located in front of almia castle, in the fast current area. Fly to the almia castle and capture empoleon, the go to the east as far as you can, then go down and you'll see water. Ride empoleon and make a U-turn on the next path to the left you see. Advance and you'll see glaceon. It also only appears post-ending.

Roserade: Vein Forest. Available only during the optional quest "Roserade Red, Roserade Blue". Quest available after you beat the game. You will need Surf x1 to reach them. Roserade is right next to Regirock's cave.

Glaceon: Pity's already got you covered.
