Regirock:

You'll need a Garchomp to target clear the rock statue on Vien Forest. You can find one on the dash panel room on Hippowdon Temple. Once you have it, Fly to the Ranger Union and go south until you see a Floatzel. Capture it and use river flow on the pier and go southeast. Continue until you reach a waterfall. Then get off floatzel and go west, then continue south until you find a cave. Enter it and target clear the rock statue to awaken regirock. You can now capture it.

Regice:

You'll need a Magmortar to target clear the ice statue on Almia Castle. You can find one on the 2nd room of Boyle Volcano (west side). Once you have it, Fly to Almia Castle and go to the room where you captured Mismagius. Target clear the ice statue to awaken regice. You can now capture it.

Registeel:

You'll need a Gallade to target clear the steel statue on Chroma Ruins. You can find one on the room where the yellow gem was on Altru Building of Boyle Volcano. Once you have it, Fly to Chroma Ruins and go to the room where you captured Spiritomb. Continue to the next room and target clear the steel statue to awaken registeel. You can now capture it.
