You can get roserade in vien forest you must ride a floatzel to the waterfall and go down so much you can and youll find a roserade

One you've finished the game, fly to the ranger union and go south until you see a Floatzel. Capture it and use river flow on the pier and go southeast. Continue until you reach a waterfall. Then get off floatzel and go west then continue south until you find roserade. Hope this helps! Oh, and two suggestions: bring a garchomp (hippowdon's temple) and a rampardos (peril cliffs) to awaken regirock and torterra on your way to roserade. That should help you complete your browser.
