Abomosnow is in the far left land part on your way to Almia Castle. You will need a Pokemon with a field move of a tackle 3. After you get through the first area with Empoleon, go through the second area and at one point there will be a place where you can either turn right and go to the castle or go straight through a current. Take the current, and there should be a dock that you can get off of Empoleon at once you leave the screen. Get off Empoleon, and you will see an odd shaped pile of snow with green around the edges. That is Abomosnow. Use the tackle 3 field move on it and then walk into the Abomosnow to catch him. Good luck.
