Dialga: Just circle when he is not attacking. Only charge when it's about to get to full bar for some extra points.

Palkia and Shaymin are later available on Wifi as Special Mission. You don't get to capture Manaphy. However, there is an Extra Mission which you can send the egg over D/P.

Mesprit, Azelf, Uxie and Arceus are unavailable in this game.
