Okay you need 2 rilou's which are in the 2 rooms are at the side of the room with the ice.
Ok, get 2 riolus and the barrier will go away if you yes when the riolus feel strange. P.s. When that barrier is down you will have to capture lucario!!!!!! Im just warning you.
