Where do I Get the Pokemon the get the regis? I kno where they are and the power to get them I just need the Pokemon to get them from the things they're in.

To release regirock
R-253 -> Garchomp
Found as part of the storyline AND in the sand temple.

To release RegiIce
R-075 -> Magmortar
Found as part of the storyline AND in the volcanic cave.

To release RegiSteel
R-160 -> Gallade
Found as part of the storyline AND in the enemy's headquarters.

Regirock is in vien forest under the waterfall go on land just under the waterfall and walk as far down as you can then you will see a cave and there is regirock


Regiice is in almia castel in the same room as mismagius



Registeel is in the croma ru�ns just past from where the shadow stone was found




Garchomp is in the hipowdon tempel

Magmortar is in the north cave of Boyleland

Gallade is the altru tower from where the yelow cristal was obainted
