Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs Questions

Can some one tell me where R-17 r-19 r-55 r-139 r-150 r-153 r-166 r-243 r-260 r-265 r-297 are I know it's a lot but I need to find them so I can help my 7 year old cousin thanks

Okay the Pokemon are:
R-17 is Teddiursa. You can find that on Dolce island or mitonga by the woopers or around there.
R-19 is Marril. You can find that somewhat near Silver Falls. Use raor by the entrance or so to make it pop out.
R-55 is Murkrow. Just get a Pokemon with 1 tackle and use it on a tree by the 2nd exit to the Rasp Cavern.
R-139 is Bibarrel. You can only get it in the Mitonga Ruins. They, oddly enough, have water as an attack rather than Normal.
R-150 is Duskinoir. Um, WOW this will take a long time to explain. Just check out my hint on where to find Duskinoir to find out.
R-153 is Togepi. Again, just check my hint. Some of these take a long time to explain.
R-166 is Gengar. He's in the Oblivia ruins in either the Left or Right side. The way to explain it is: it's either the way of the Bronzong or the way if the Metang. Not much else to say.
R-243 is Lotad. You need 2 Shock. Its by the place where Blastoise is on your way to silver falls on Sophian Island.
R-260 is Chingling. Those are at the start of Mt. Sorbet. I use em to get outta tight situations. There also sometimes found in the sky fortress.
R-265 is Lucario. ONLY OBTAINABLE IF YOU GET THE LAST QUEST!!!!! A part of the Go-Rock Quad is in there. 2 Steelhead summon it. That's the only way. You have to complete 51 other quests to get it.
R-297 is Phione. Phione is found at the Undersea cavern (Or whatever). Its at the place where Murph brings you. If it's not there, than the Canal Ruins is where they would be. THERE IS ONLY 1!!!
