Question for Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs

Three questions:
1) At the end of the game Rand gives you the quest to search for something about the forbidden song, but I can't find anything. I need to know something about where the forbidden song is. I have tried the forbidden mansion and everywhere. Help, please.
2) What are these Pokemon and where can I get them: #301, #278, and #265?
3) How many quests are there? I have completed 48.

Well, there are 51 quests but after you beat the first 51 you unlock the very last quest.

In the forbidden mansion try where you captured blue eyes before.

#278 is Latias and you find it in nemas machine at the end of the game,#265 is lucario and you find it in oblivia ruins after you beat one of the quests,#301 is Lugia and you get his ranger sign after you get all 300 Pokemon in the browser.
