You have to beat it in the last past mission and hope for the low chance of getting it's slate
It's very rare to get his sign.You have to defeat arceus 2-5 time's,you have to get an S rank.When your done.You go back to the present and redgester entie's first part of his sign.Then rikou's middle.And suecune's last.I'f you do it right you'll get this thing and arcueses sign will be regesterd.
(NOTE): It's very hard so don't come braging to me that it didn't work.
There are two ways tey are
1.finitioning in past
2.you will have to download pledge to arceus in wi fi missions
