Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs Questions

How can you cet lucario. I 100% sure I need him for browser filling. Anyone who can help will be greatly appreciated.

Lucario can be found on the final quest, in which can only be accessed by completing all of the other quests. Once you've completed them, head to the Aqua Resort on Sophian Island. At the port, you should see a man who hasn't appeared in the game until then. When you speak to him, he'll say that he needs help getting three of the four Go-Rock Quads to return to the Aqua Resort in time for their concert. He takes you into Weber's house, where you'll meet Tiffany, who will hint you to where Garret is. You can find him on Mount Sorbet, at the first avalanche area. You'll see him begging for help behind one of the stone things that protect you from avalanches, and you have to go there and talk to him. After you've gone back to the Aqua Resort, he hints where Clyde is. Clyde is at the Big Booker Bridge, and gets annoyed when a Sneasel comes along and takes something from him, in which I can't remember right now, but I think it was a camera. You have to chase the Sneasel through Latolato Trail and when you catch up to it, capture it. He'll then take you back to the Aqua Resort. Once there, a boy, the one usually found near the fountain with a Riolu,bursts into Weber's house and begs for help, because his Riolu was stolen by 'armoured people', which are the Steelhead. He says another white haired guy, who is Billy, the last member of the Go-Rock Quads, chased after the Steelhead into the Obliva Ruins. Once you get to the area in the Oblivia Ruins just after the Claydol, you'll see Steelhead discussing using Riolu as bait and pretending to be Steelhead Icons to lure Lucario out. They jump into their positions, where Billy arrives at the scene, shortly followed by you. The Lucario arrives, and you have to capture it, as it thinks you're harming the Riolu. I forgot what the Steelhead do afterwards, whether the attack you or not, but after the quest, Lucario can be found wild at the same room in the Oblivia Ruins anytime.
