If you mean the sign, you can't. If you mean where to find it, it is on the same island you found latias

If your a boy you get latios first

If your a girl you get latias first

The other one you need to beat the game get the book the forrbidin song book or whateverits called
Go to sophian iland

You can only get one of them. If you are the girl you can get latias if you are the boy you can get latios. The othere one you can battle but can't get it's sign
