There is one in teakwood forest in a tree and in the dark temple in the past in mission 2.
Well, the easiest place to get a Murkrow is in Teakwood forest. Once you get to the end of the forest by the enterence of the cave, go to the right and bring along a Pokemon with the power tackle of 1. Krickitot is your best bet. Use it on the tree to the exit of the cave. Murkrow will pop out. Capture it.

Go to the forest near rasp cavern, don't GO IN! Though look for a tree that you can tackle. Tackle it then murkrow will apear
