Pokemon # 250 is Lickylicky he can be found in the southwestern most part of the canal ruins by using Suicune's roar. Images here

The 250th poke mon in Pokemon ranger3 is licklicky and it's found in the canal ruins you can use suicune, entei, or raicue's roar.
