I heard that to beat deoxys you have to wait for him to run away a few times, and then battle him in "normal" form. I am still on my first battle and he wont run!!! I have waited an hour but nothing happens. He just hovers around! Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get him to run! I'd really appreciate it!

You have to capture him. Make the certain amount of loops around him and then, instead of him being captured, he will break free and run to another location and chosse a different form. Then you have to capture him in that different form again etc. Until he goes to his normal form in which he will not break free when you capture him.
You have to loop him 13 times when he is in Attack Form,he wiil then go into Defense Form. When you find him again, loop him 17 times and he will change into Speed Form.Find him AGAIN and loop him three times(mind you,he is a fast little bugger!).After he is captured for the 3rd time,he is FINALLY in Normal Form, but when you battle him again he transforms into any form at will.Capture him and he goes into Normal.Stun him with Discharge and loop,loop,loop-de-loop away!
Speed-Rare Loops-3
Defense-Common Loops-16
Attack-V.Common Loops-12
Normal-V.Rare Loops-8
P.S This Walkthrough is available to anyone!
After you finish drawing loops, it will be blank above his head (there will be no orange number). This will happen three(?) times until you can catch him in his normal form.
