Question for Pokemon Ranger

How do you get kangaskhan if you tell the location of the place. I hear that it's up north from Winata's base.( I think thats the name) But where?

And also how do you get porygon. I know it's in the facory but where?

Never mind
I found them so I finished the game except that all I need is to transfer the manaphy egg to diamond or pearl. Oh AND DONT TRANSFER IT TO THE JAPENESE VERSION!!! THE EGG WILL BE DELETED!

From Wintown base go north. When you get to the pond go right and you'll encounter an arbok. Go up a couple of speps before you enter the next screen and you'll see a shattered wall. Use break x3.
