Ok I MIGHT get this game for christmas (i hope I do)so what do you do when you start the game????????????

You start out by getting a letter that a ranger leader wants to see if you're ranger material(after picking your gender.) You show up and a minun(boy) or plusle(girl) is being attacked by a houndoom. The ranger leader named Spencer catches houndoom and wants you to capture plusle or minun. That is the beginning. The rest you find out by playing. It's a short but good game and it's easy catching all 213 Pokemon in the game. I caught them all and beat the game in a week.
