Question for Pokemon Ranger

I have been loking for how to get grodon kyogre and raquaza and people have been answering those questions I did what they said but nothing happened!am I doing something wrong...

After you have completed the game (let the credits role) you will be given the super styler my the Professor. It doesn't add much to your game just some records. Anyway, walk around for a bit until you enter the Professor's lab and there is a cut scene (don't know how long it takes, sorry). If you go to the Fall Town Centre you will be sent on an additional mission to defeat lots of sea Pokemon (at the end you will meet kyogre).

Then go to Summertown (it will be really hot). Another additional mission where at the end you will meet grodon.

Then to Wintown. Talk to the leader outside the centre who will send you on an additonal mission (up to the mountains again). Where you battled Suicion, Entri and Rycoo (sorry can't spell them) is where you will meet raquaza.
