Can someone please tell me where RegiRock is and how to get to him? And what do you do when you captured every single Pokemon and have completed the story?

Regi rock is found in the serta range where all the golems are you should take :arcanine(found in the carvern where you caught entei the first time),2 golems a lotad and three ludicolos lotad's last form
Regirock is found at the sekra range where the golems fall when you get at the last part you will see a big rock use one of your golems to brake the big rock and one of the poliwhirls to make the plant grow quikly and you will see an entrance to a cave go inside the cave and you will see 4 gastly who might take your Pokemon so go forward and you will see another entrance go inside and tadddah!!!!!!! You see a regirock
