Here is how you can post Action Replay Codes for Pokemon Platinum on www.supercheats.com:
http://www.supercheats.com/submit.php
Click on the above link. Then enter Pokemon Platinum in the game search and click on Pokemon Platinum (Nintendo DS). Next, select to submit an Action Replay Code and click then Continue. This will lead you to a new page where you can enter the codes. After they have been accepted, they will be shown in the Action Replay Codes Page for Pokemon Platinum.
