Darkrai is currently unavailable. You can only obtain one by trading. Be warned, many Darkrai out there are hacks, and can severly damage your save file.
Darkrai was obtained through a special event. You would have been given the item called the Member Card. You would use that to enter the Harbor Inn in Canalave. This would have triggered a few other things that would have resulted in you traveling to Newmoon Island where Darkrai waited.

In dardusk city there is a house with a bed go near the bed then press a they will ask you if you want to sleep and the click yes.yopu will see darkrai there.

Well as said it's an event from nintendo, but if you have a ghost code, just walk across the water as I did and you`ll reach it. Good luck catching it.
