In the battle frontier how do I get past the fisheran west of the battle frontier??? Please help

You need to obtain the National Pokedex before you can advance either east or west of the Battle Frontier. You obtain the National Pokedex from Professor Oak in Sandgem Town after you have seen all of the Pokemon in the Sinnoh Region.

To access Route 225 you must enter every Pokemon in the Sinnoh Pokedex into it's database then talk to Professor Rowan. Professor Oak will enter the lab and give you the National Pokedex and Professor Rowan gives you the Poke Radar. Click this for more information on how to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex.
