There are actually Five Frontier Brains.
The best way to defeat the Frontier Brains is by having well-trained Pokemon that don't have many weaknesses. Any Pokemon Team can actually defeat the Frontier Brains.

There are really five brains. My advice is that I use infernape because I've got fond of him so much.You should use either:
Really powerful Pokemon ex. Dialga or Palkia.
or
Pokemon you know you can trust ex. Staraptor or bibarel because you get them at the start of your journey.

Create a team that would have most advantages over other types of Pokemon.
I recommend a Grass, Water, Fire, Dragon, Ghost, and maybe Flying or Ground.
