How do you get the sky-forme of Shaymin. I think the sky-forme is a lot cooler than the original midget one.

You need to bring a legitimate event Shaymin to Floaroma Town. You will recieve the Gracidea, which can turn your Shaymin into it's Sky Forme. It will revert to it's Land Forme at night and when Shaymin is frozen. I'm not sure of the specifics, because I don't have a Shaymin.
Please note, the game does a very good job spotting hacks. If the game determines that your Shaymin is a hack, you will not get the Gracidea.

You need the Glacidea Flower in order to change Shaymin's Form. You can receive the Glacidea Flower from someone in Floaroma Town if you show them an Event Shaymin.
