Question for Pokemon Platinum

I'm trying to get a Luxio that knows fire, ice, and thunder fang. I already know I can get one with fire and thunder fang, but now I'm lost when it comes to ice fang. I want to use a Floatzel to breed with my Luxio, but I don't know how Floatzel learns ice fang. I went onto bulbepedia and it said that Floatzel learns ice fang at level one (????) and furthermore, that it learns six moves at level one? It can only learn 4, so does it just drop the other two? I have no idea how to get a level one Floatzel (I assumed that you just evolved a Buizel and it learned ice fang when it evolved but I've already tried that.) So how do you get a level one floatzel, and how on earth does it learn ice fang? Any help would be appreciated - thank you.

It might be best to Breed Luxio with a different Pokemon besides Floatzel. If you want to hatch a Shinx that knows Fire Fang, Ice Fang, and Thunder Fang, the male in the Daycare Center must know all three moves.

I would recommend you use Granbull or Arbok as the Male in the Pokemon Daycare. Either of these Pokemon must know Fire Fang, Ice Fang, and Thunder Fang in order to pass them down. You must also put a Female Shinx, Luxio, or Luxray in order for them to Breed.

If you do it correctly, you should hatch a Shinx that knows the three moves.

You can also obtain a Shinx with these moves by Trade or an Action Replay Code.

How can that be though? I've taken multiple Floatzels to the man on route212 and Ice Fang is nevr one of the moves he can teach. I checked a couple websites about the move tutors in Pokemon Platinum and the only Ice type moves they can teach are Icy Punch and Icy Wind.

Can anyone help?!?! I have pokemon diamond rom on my phone and I absolutely love Luxray, but I want him to learn ice fang can anyone trade me a shinx with ice fang
